About Us

Welcome to The Twisted Peel

We're passionate about elevating the cocktail experience — from the garnish on the glass to the bar behind the event. Based in San Juan Capistrano, California, The Twisted Peel is your one-stop destination for premium dehydrated garnishes and unforgettable bartending experiences.

Our Story

It all started with a simple belief: every drink deserves a beautiful garnish. What began as a craft garnish company quickly grew into something much bigger. Today, The Twisted Peel offers hand-crafted, shelf-stable citrus wheels and specialty garnishes and full-service bartending for events of all sizes — bringing the same attention to detail from the garnish to the pour.

Mobile Bar Experiences — Our Vintage Horse Trailers

One of our most beloved offerings is our two vintage horse trailers, lovingly converted into stunning mobile bars. These one-of-a-kind bars bring a rustic, charming, and Instagram-worthy backdrop to weddings, corporate events, private parties, and more. Whether you're hosting an intimate gathering or a large celebration, our mobile bars create an experience your guests won't forget.

Bartending Services

Our professional bartending team brings creativity, expertise, and The Twisted Peel's signature flair to every event. From custom cocktail menus to full bar setup and service, we handle every detail so you can focus on enjoying your event. We specialize in craft cocktails, mocktails, and curated drink experiences tailored to your vision.

Premium Dehydrated Garnishes

Our dehydrated citrus wheels and specialty garnishes are carefully crafted to bring vibrant color, bold flavor, and professional presentation to every glass — whether behind your home bar or in a high-volume restaurant setting.
