Thank you for shopping small with The Twisted Peel! Every order is handcrafted, packed with care, and shipped from our family kitchen in San Juan Capistrano, California.


1. Order Processing Time

Each garnish is made to order and packaged fresh.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.
During holidays or seasonal sales, processing times may take a little longer — we promise it’s worth the wait!


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
We currently ship anywhere in the United States through USPS or UPS.

Estimated delivery times (after your order ships):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.


3. Local Pickup & Events

Local pickup in San Juan Capistrano or at select markets and events may be available.
We’ll contact you by email or text to arrange pickup details if you select this option at checkout.


4. Shipping Delays

Please note that The Twisted Peel is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages once they leave our hands.
We recommend using your tracking number to monitor delivery updates.

If your package appears lost or damaged in transit, contact the carrier directly and notify us at thetwistedpeelsjc@gmail.com — we’ll help however we can.


5. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
We can’t replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.


6. Sustainability

We reuse and recycle packaging materials whenever possible to reduce waste.
Your order may arrive in repurposed boxes or eco-friendly shipping supplies — thank you for supporting sustainability! 🌿
