All of our cocktail and mocktail garnishes are handcrafted in small batches using real fruit and natural ingredients.
Because each item is made by hand, slight variations in color, shape, and texture are natural — that’s part of the charm!

We do our best to display our products and descriptions accurately, but we can’t guarantee your screen’s color settings will reflect them perfectly.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due at checkout through Shopify’s secure system (Shop Pay, PayPal, credit/debit cards, etc.).

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including those suspected of fraud or unauthorized use.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Shipping times vary by destination and carrier.
Once shipped, The Twisted Peel is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

5. Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final.
Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thetwistedpeelsjc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

6. Intellectual Property

All photos, product names, logos, designs, and written content on this site belong to The Twisted Peel.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Twisted Peel and its owners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
Our garnishes are intended for beverage and culinary use only.
